The NFPA Annual Fire Experience Survey of U.S. Fire Departments for 2007 was mailed out to 16,716 departments on January 10. The survey was mailed to all departments protecting larger communities (populations of 50,000 or more), and to a sample of departments protecting smaller communities (populations less than 50,000). Results of the survey will be published in the annual U.S. fire loss report in the September/October issue of the NFPA Journal. NFPA is truly appreciative of fire departments that receive a survey form and respond. If you have any questions please contact Mike Karter.
